You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Omori-Kuratau Ratepayers Association.
Please note we encourage you to be financially current as an OKRA member, as this will enable you to both speak, and vote, at the AGM.
If you are not a financial member you are welcome to attend, but unable to speak or vote.

Minutes of the 2025 AGM
At the AGM we will ask members to ratify the new OKRA Constitution. For the Draft version of the Constitution, please see here (previously circulated in October, some slight amendments made).
So….as a reminder (!), the OKRA Financial Year is 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, the annual sub is $40, and you can pay with the following detail:

Donations are also happily accepted!

OKRA Committee
If you would like to join the committee you can complete the nomination form (please email to okrate@gmail.com).
Note we have a couple of vacancies and though we have a good spread of ages, we encourage younger members of our Omori-Kuratau community to join us (especially those who are able to do the minutes, comms and update the website!).
Each volunteer person on the OKRA Committee has a role (job!) they are responsible for. It is a great committee to work with, a community to work on behalf of, and is a rewarding experience!
